Policy

Our apartment is located in the pedestrian street of Győr, so it is forbidden to drive by car.

As our apartment is located in the center of downtown Győr, the noise load that may occur is not a reason for relaxation. (many downtown events and a number of entertainment venues, which may cause some noise during the weekends)

The Soda Apartment House and its apartments are non-smoking, so we ask our guests to smoke only in the designated area at the entrance to the street.

Our guests can book the apartment from 14:00.

The apartments are fully equipped, so we ask our guests to sign the room inventory upon receipt.

If any accessory is broken or broken, please inform the reception so that guests arriving after you are not missing.

The rented apartments must be vacated by the Contracting Parties between 08:00 and 11:00 on the day of departure, but not later than 11:00.

If you move out after 11:00 am, the House is entitled to debit the Guest’s account for half a day.

If you move out after 6pm, you will be charged an extra night.

Please inform the reception 30 minutes prior to your final departure of your apartment to check the room inventory.

If an inventory check reveals a discrepancy or damage, the value of any missing or damaged assets will be credited to your account

If you leave your apartment, please always close the door and windows, as well as your electrical appliances and air conditioner.

Please refrain from any conduct or activity that disturbs the peace of others, regardless of the time of day, in the apartments and their associated community and communal areas.

Animals must only be brought into Apartment 4 with the prior consent of the House and, if necessary, for an additional fee. Pets are allowed after a separate consultation with the guest, which costs 5000 HUF / night. In all cases, please ask your pet owner to bring your animal documents, medical book and any additional equipment to ensure the safety of the animal / guest!

You can stay in your apartment at your own risk

The securities held by the guesthouse or stored in the apartment,
no liability for cash or other valuables shall lie with the Civil Code.

The landlord is entitled to check without prior notice whether the guest is staying at the hotel in advance or paid in advance.

Our guests are not welcome.

Only guests listed in the guestbook are allowed at the apartment, which can be checked by the owner at any time. In the event of a different conduct, the landlord may apply immediate eviction.
In the event of loss of the keys provided, guests are required to inform the property immediately and reimburse the hotel for the price and replacement of the keys.

The property owner shall not be liable for any damage to property or accidents resulting from improper use.

For any damage caused by the guests due to improper use, the guests shall be liable for the damage and the damage shall be compensated directly to the property owner.

If you have any problems with your apartment or room during your stay, please inform the property immediately. We cannot accept subsequent complaints!

Parties, girls’ and bachelorette parties are not allowed in the apartment.

If the police departs because of the guest’s behavior, the guest must pay the costs and the fine imposed by the local government.

The apartment / room is handed over to the guests cleanly, no cleaning is done during their stay.

Environmental protection is important to us, so we kindly ask our guests to collect their garbage selectively in special trash cans.

There is a Wi-Fi connection throughout the unit with a password for each apartment

Pets are allowed after a separate consultation with the guest, which costs 5000 HUF / night. In all cases, please ask your pet owner to bring your animal documents, medical book and any additional equipment to ensure the safety of the animal / guest!

The property is not responsible for the valuables left at the property!

The apartments are equipped with a code lock to make late arrivals smoother. Each apartment has its own code, which we change from time to time. Guests can enter the main entrance with the same code as their own apartment. The exact instructions will be emailed to you upon booking. Each Apartment comes with a remote control that gives you access to the apartment without a code, or a Proxi remote control that gives you access to the main entrance. If you lose these, we charge a fee of 15000 HUF.
